Think and Grow Rich Mastermind Tip for Leaders, Speakers, and Experts from Andrew Carnegie Test #645 “SERVICE RENDERED”

Napoleon Hill: You speak of paying your men who render more service than they are paid for, all they earn. If you do that, how can they render more service than they are paid for? It seems that there is an inconsistency in your statement.

Andrew Carnegie: “One of the evils of today is the attempt, on the part of some to reverse this rule and collect more pay than the value of the service they render. Some men endeavor to force down the hours of labor and boost up the rate of pay. This practice cannot be pursued indefinitely. When men continue to collect more tor their labor than the value of their services, they ultimately exhaust the source of their own wages, and the sheriff makes the next move.”
