Think and Grow Rich Mastermind Tip for Leaders, Speakers, and Experts from Andrew Carnegie Test #642 “THE SOWER AND THE SEED”

Think and Grow Rich Mastermind Tip for Leaders, Speakers, and Experts from Andrew Carnegie Test #642 “THE SOWER AND THE SEED”

Napoleon Hill: You speak of paying your men who render more service than they are paid for, all they earn. If you do that, how can they render more service than they are paid for? It seems that there is an inconsistency in your statement.

Andrew Carnegie: “I think I can make the point clear by calling attention to the simple illustration of the farmer. Before he collects pay for his services, he carefully and intelligently prepares the soil, ploys and harrows it, fertilizes it if need be, then plants it with seed. Up to this point he has gained nothing whatsoever for his labor, but, understanding the law of growth as he does, he rests after his labor while nature germinates the seed and yields him a crop. Here the element of time enters into the farmer’s labor. In due time nature gives him back the seed he planted in the ground, together with an abundant overplus to compensate him for his labor and his knowledge. If he sows a bushel of wheat in properly prepared soil he gets back the bushel of seed, together with perhaps as many as ten additional bushels as his compensation.”
As leaders, speakers, and experts, Mastermind and take the test. Are you, preparing, planting, harrowing, fertilizing, your seed in your profession prior to expecting a harvest? Just keep sowing the seed.
Now ask yourself this question, what does this mean to me and how can I use it?Click the link and listen:
