Think and Grow Rich Mastermind Tip for Leaders, Speakers, and Experts from Andrew Carnegie Test #641 “CHARACTER”
Napoleon Hill: You speak of paying your men who render more service than they are paid for, all they earn. If you do that, how can they render more service than they are paid for? It seems that there is an inconsistency in your statement.
Andrew Carnegie: “Now, here is the fine point that most people overlook. Until a man begins to render more service than that for which he is paid he is not entitled to more pay than he receives for that service, since obviously he is already receiving full pay for what he does.”
As leaders, speakers, and experts, Mastermind and take the test. Does your character require you to render more or less service than that for which you are entitled to?
Now ask yourself this question, what does this mean to me and how can I use it?
