Think and Grow Rich Mastermind Tip for Leaders, Speakers, and Experts from Andrew Carnegie Test #640 “STILL GIVING”
Napoleon Hill: You speak of paying your men who render more service than they are paid for, all they earn. If you do that, how can they render more service than they are paid for? It seems that there is an inconsistency in your statement.
Andrew Carnegie: That which you mistake for inconsistency is only the mistake of many others on this subject, and is due to a lack of understanding of the habit of Going the Extra Mile. The apparent inconsistency is, therefore, an illusion, but I will set you right on this subject. It is a fact that I pay my men all they earn, even thought I sometimes have to pay them huge sums, but there is one important point you have overlooked. It is the fact that before I begin paying them all they earn they must establish their indispensability by doing more than they are paid for.
As leaders, speakers, and experts, Mastermind and take the test. Are you indispensability to your clients in giving more than you are paid for?
Now ask yourself this question, what does this mean to me and how can I use it?Click the link and listen:
